Dr. Nancy J. Goodwin, DO, FACOEP, FACOI, is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, with years of experience in Florida's emergency rooms and her private practice, Goodwin Medical Center. Trained in New York and Michigan, she advocates for a “life well lived.”
Dr. Goodwin encourages her patients to stay active, eat well, and find balance in life. She believes in caring for our bodies from the inside out and embracing modern medicine's advances to maintain vitality and youthfulness.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, CCMA
Rossy Santos is the Office Administrator at Inside Out Medspa, where she utilizes her strong leadership skills and extensive medical expertise to ensure the smooth daily operations of the clinic. Rossy earned her Medical Assisting degree in 2017 and has significant experience in Nephrology and Primary Care.
She joined Inside Out Medspa in 2021 as a Medical Assistant, quickly demonstrating her exceptional work ethic, which led to her promotion to Office Administrator. In her role, Rossy is dedicated to providing five-star care to patients, combining her passion for patient care with a keen interest in the evolving fields of anti-aging and aesthetics.
Rossy believes that “experiences are worth way more than any material gift ever could!” Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, exercising, traveling, and exploring her artistic interests.
